Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190 c.
  2. Beat sugars, yogurt and applesauce.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  4. In separate bowl, combine flours, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add dry to wet.
  6. Gently stir in oatmeal and raisins.
  7. Drop on baking ungreased non stick baking tray.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
