Directions:

  1. Combine oats and buttermilk, let stand for one hour
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  3. Add egg, butter, sugar to the oat mix and stir until just combined
  4. Sift flour, salt, baking soda and powder, add to oat mix, stir until just moist
  5. Fold cranberries in
  6. Bake for 17 minutes
  7. Mmmmm.....
