Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. In a big mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  2. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls onto a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  3. Bake in a 350° oven for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
  5. Store in air-tight containers.
