Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet (with garlic)
  2. Fry scallops on both sides.
  3. With a knife, cut scallops into small pieces, making sure that they are well browned.
  4. Meanwhile, cook potatoes and onions in lightly sated water or fish stock til tender, but not mushy.
  5. Add scallops and milk and season to taste.
  6. Bring to just under the boiling point
  7. Oyster crackers are great too.
