No-bake Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/3 cup. english toffee bits or almond brickle chips

Directions:

  1. In a heavy sausepan, melt white chips over low heat; stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from the heat.
  3. Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping.
  5. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits.
