Easy to fix dessert, but tastes like you fussed. Plan ahead though. It needs time to chill. Ingredients:
1 c. vanilla or white chocolate chips |
2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, cubed |
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust |
1/3 c. english toffee bits or almond brickle chips |
Directions:
1. In a heavy sausepan, melt white chips over low heat; stirring until smooth. 2. Remove from the heat. 3. Stir in cream cheese until smooth. 4. Fold in whipped topping. 5. Pour into the graham cracker crust. 6. Cover and refrigerate overnight or until set. 7. Just before serving, sprinkle with toffee bits. |
