Nice and Easy Rice and Vermicelli

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium sized pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and saute until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook until just fragrant.
  4. Add rice/spaghetti and saute until golden in color.
  5. Stir in the stock and bring to a boil.
  6. Cook on low heat until rice mixture has absorbed all the liquid, approximately 15-20 minutes.
  7. Adjust seasonings to your taste.
  8. Add the parsley and fluff with fork to combine.
  9. Serve immediately.
