  • 3 cups finely diced apple (about 1 lb)
  • 1/4 cup concord grape kosher wine (such as manischewitz)

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in ground walnuts. Refrigerate 2 hours in an airtight container.
