Near Instant Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350°F
  2. Whisk together egg, milk, cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, stir in cooked rice.
  3. Pour into a small baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
