Directions:

  1. Boil pasta til al dente. Rinse under cold water.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and chill for at least 3 hours.
  3. Serve cold.
  4. Right before serving - add a 1 Tbs. each of Miracle Whip and sweetened condensed milk.
