Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining 7 ingredients and beat into wet until smooth.
