Healthy and filling multigrain waffles even my kids love. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
1 3/4 cups milk |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup applesauce |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup flax seed meal |
1/4 cup wheat germ |
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine remaining 7 ingredients and beat into wet until smooth. |
