Mom's Shepards Pie

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups potatoes
  • 8 oz spinach
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cook ground beef & mashed potatoes.
  2. Layer in order: beef, spinach & corn, mashed potatoes
  3. Bake 325 for 20 or so minutes.
  4. Serve & enjoy! makes 8-12 servings
