Ingredients:

  • 9 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. In a pan add the potatoes, onion, celery add the water just enough to cover the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.When it comes to a boil.Check it and see if it's done.When done drain the water from the potatoes.
  2. In a bowl add the potatoes to a bowl.Add enough salt, pepper and milk.Serve while it's hot.
