I remember when I was growing up that if one person got sick that the rest of us got sick.Remembering my parent's made this soup and I went to the kitchen for some thing.I can't remember what is was now.I was only 5 1/2 years old. Read more .All I know it was June when my parents and us girls got sick.As I watched my parents prepare this that it just got stuck in my head after 29 years.Until this afternoon that I remembered the ingredients. WOW ! I'm just amazed on how it just camed to me all the sudden. Ingredients:

9 medium potatoes |
1 large onion |
6 celery's |
salt and pepper |
milk |
butter |
Directions:
1. In a pan add the potatoes, onion, celery add the water just enough to cover the potatoes and season with salt and pepper.When it comes to a boil.Check it and see if it's done.When done drain the water from the potatoes. 2. In a bowl add the potatoes to a bowl.Add enough salt, pepper and milk.Serve while it's hot. |
