Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain beets and reserve liquid then add enough water to make 3-1/2 cups.
  2. Combine gelatin, liquid, onion, salt, allspice and horseradish in saucepan.
  3. Stir over medium heat until gelatin dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice then chill until mixture starts to thicken.
  5. Dice beets then add to mixture.
  6. Put in mold that has been sprayed with cooking spray and chill thoroughly.
  7. Combine horseradish, sour cream and mayonnaise and use as dressing.
