Minted BBQ'D Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 6 lamb chops (choose nice meaty ones)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 -3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Trim fat from chops.
  2. Place lamb chops in shallow dish.
  3. Pour over marinade.
  4. Refridgerate for several hours or overnight.
  5. BBQ chops, brushing with marinade, until chops are tender.
