Mini Turkey Meatloaf (Ww Core)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp minced onion

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Drop into muffin pan - I filled them to the top and it made 9 mini-meatloaves.
  3. Bake at 375* for 35 minutes.
  4. Weight Watchers POINTS: 2 Pts for 1 Mini-Loaf.
