Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of a quality popping kernels
  • 3 tbsp of cannola oil
  • 1-2 jalopina peppers-whole, seeds and all chopped fine

Directions:

  1. Over medium heat
  2. Take a large heavy skillet
  3. Cover bottom of pan with cannola oil
  4. Add kernals and finely chopped peppers
  5. Shake and shake when starting to pop
  6. After popping ceases, pour one fourth into large bowl, spray with butter spray, shake garlic powder over, and salt to taste.
  7. Continue to layer, Shake and enjoy
