Thanks to the Franklin Inn, and alittle experimenting, this is a nice lite snack. Ingredients:
1 cup of a quality popping kernels |
3 tbs of cannola oil |
1-2 jalopina peppers-whole, seeds and all chopped fine |
garlic powder |
salt |
i can't belive it's butter spray |
Directions:
1. Over medium heat 2. Take a large heavy skillet 3. Cover bottom of pan with cannola oil 4. Add kernals and finely chopped peppers 5. Shake and shake when starting to pop 6. After popping ceases, pour one fourth into large bowl, spray with butter spray, shake garlic powder over, and salt to taste. 7. Continue to layer, Shake and enjoy |
