Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk , 1
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup kellog's corn flakes, crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Add beef, mix well. Shape into one loaf and put in large baking pan or dish. Top with additional ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from pan to serving plate.
  2. Serves 12
