Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup onions (diced )
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into 1 thick balls
  3. Cook in microwave for 4-5 minutes on high or until no longer pink in the middle.
