Simple and quick meatball recipe (can be halved) I usually make it all and freeze them later. Ingredients:
2 pounds lean ground beef |
2 large eggs |
1 cup bread crumbs |
1/3 cup onions (diced) |
1 tbsp ground black pepper |
1 tbsp italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. roll into 1 thick balls 3. cook in microwave for 4-5 minutes on high or until no longer pink in the middle. |
