Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir-Fry onions and garlic in vegetable oil until translucent.
  2. Add pesto sauce and continue stirring until it sizzles and becomes aromatic.
  3. Add in the pureed tomato and the rest of the seasonings (oregano, pepper, salt, paprika).
  4. Bring to a boil then leave to simmer about 5 minutes.
  5. After reaching the desired consistency, stir in the cheese until it is completely dissolved.
  6. Use directly, store in fridge for 3 days, or store frozen for up to 1 month.
