Lightened up Turkey Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  2. Brown ground turkey.
  3. Add spices as turkey is cooking.
  4. In skillet add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add peas and carrots and then simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray, and add turkey mixture to dish.
  7. Spread tater tots evenly over turkey mixture.
  8. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes.
