Ingredients:

  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift flour and baking powder first.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Mix baking powder and salt together well.
  4. Add crisco, butter, and sugar untill creamy.
  5. Add 3 eggs mix well.
  6. Add flour and milk mix well.
  7. Add vanilla and lemon mix until creamy.
  8. Grease and flour pan.
  9. Bake 1 hour 25 minute.
