Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine plain yogurt and cilantro; mix well and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine refried beans with 1/3 cup salsa.
  3. Spread half of this mixture into a flat 2 quart serving bowl.
  4. Spread half the yogurt mixture over the beans followed by half the ripe olives, half the remaining salsa, half the cheese and half the peppers, if desired.
  5. Repeat the layering again.
  6. Cover and chill completely.
  7. Serve with your favorite low fat tortilla chips, crackers, warmed tortillas or vegetables.
