Ingredients:

  • 1, 7 oz can of salmon, drained and boned
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingrdients except salmon.
  2. Stir until smooth
  3. Add salmon
  4. Prepare on hot oiled griddle, cooking until golden brown each side.
  5. Serve with a white sauce over the pancakes.
