Easy Pistachio Cake

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (18 oz) box white cake mix

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Place in greased and floured pan using a bundt or a tube pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar.
