Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Allow yeast to flower in hot water with some sugar in it- Mix yeast to uniform cloudiness- add olive oil to yeast-water mixture- mix salt with flour and add flour-salt mix to water-oil mix, blend and knead into rubbery-silky ball allow to rise double, roll out on 14 x 17 cookie sheet- alow to rise again 20-30 minutes apply sauce, toppings, DO NOT APPLY CHEESES NOW!
  2. Wait until baked for 10 minutes at 450 F before removing from oven, applying cheeses and re-heating for 6 minutes or so cheese is melted uniformly rather than burned enough for 5 hungry guys.
