Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped pimento
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar ( sub. with splenda if you''d like)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp drained capers (optional)
  • 1/3 cup wine or cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
