Japanese Apple-Carrot Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup light soy sauce (utsukushi)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp orange marmalade (robinson's) or 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients together in a food processor or a blender and whiz until relatively smooth.
  2. Keep refrigerated.
