Italian Sausage and Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the sausage links in a skillet. When cooked through, slice thinly and set aside.
  2. Beat the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and rosemary in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the sausage, broccoli and cheese, stirring til all ingredients are coated.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
