Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Turn crockpot on low.
  2. Add roast, broth, soup mix and spices.
  3. Cook all day (at least 7 hours).
  4. When ready to eat, take roast out and shred.
  5. Slice buns in half and put on cookie sheet.
  6. Place beef on each bottom bun, top with onions and then cheese.
  7. Broil until cheese melts.
  8. Enjoy!
