Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs carrots
  • 1 1/4 pints milk
  • 1/4 g saffron
  • 1 oz honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 oz gelatin

Directions:

  1. Grate the carrots and boil gently in the milk for about an hour. Add the saffron, gelatin, honey and cinnamon and mix into the carrot cream. Pour into individual custard cups and chill until firm.
