Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Mix anll ingredients together in a bowl( except for the honey,powdered sugar or jam).
  2. Place dough on lighty floured wax paper. flatten into little cakes.
  3. In a greased pan cook the cakes until golden.
  4. Place on serving dish and serve with honey, jam , or powdered sugar sprinkled on top.
