I was given this recipe when I was little because its pretty much like a friendship bread.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
honey, powdered sugar or jam
Directions:
1. mix anll ingredients together in a bowl( except for the honey,powdered sugar or jam).
2. place dough on lighty floured wax paper. flatten into little cakes.
3. in a greased pan cook the cakes until golden.
4. place on serving dish and serve with honey, jam , or powdered sugar sprinkled on top.
