Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain the salsa of excess water, if necessary.
  2. In a onion soup bowl or a small oven proof dish, add salsa, using 1 cup or fill until half filled (depending on the size of dish used). Add sour cream on top and spread around. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. (can be made up ahead of time).
  3. Bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir the cheese and sour cream into the salsa. Let cool slightly, as it does retain the heat. Serve with red, green or purple corn chips.
  4. Note: I use my toaster oven for convience. If a large dish is used, just adjust the sour cream and cheese.
