Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon
  • 3/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over salmon, soak for 1 hour.
  2. Spray grill with cooking spray.
  3. Grill salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
