Ingredients:

  • 120 g butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl until they are creamy.
  2. Beat in honey then yolk.
  3. Add the cinnamon and flour and mix into a soft dough.shape into balls should.
  4. Make about 30 biscuits.
  5. Put into oven heated to 175c or gas mark 4, for about 9 to 12 minutes, allow to settle for a few minutes when out of oven.
