This is my favourite comfort food, I'd really like to see what other people think of it :-) Ingredients:
120 g butter |
120 g caster sugar |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 egg yolk |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
180 g self raising flour |
Directions:
1. Beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl until they are creamy. 2. Beat in honey then yolk. 3. Add the cinnamon and flour and mix into a soft dough.shape into balls should. 4. make about 30 biscuits. 5. Put into oven heated to 175c or gas mark 4, for about 9 to 12 minutes, allow to settle for a few minutes when out of oven. |
