Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups garbanzo flour
  • 1 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Put wet ingredients into bread machine.
  2. Put dry ingredients into bread machine.
  3. Bake on regular setting,
  4. (Follow directions that came with your particular bread machine.).
