Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups water
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups garbanzo flour (chana flour)
1 1/4 cups rice flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup dry buttermilk
2 1/2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
Directions:
1. Put wet ingredients into bread machine.
2. Put dry ingredients into bread machine.
3. Bake on regular setting,
