Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, minus the chicken, in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken in roasting pan.
  4. Rub spice mixture all over chicken, both top and bottom.
  5. Cover loosley and bake at 350F for about an hour.
