Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium tomato, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sliced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 dash cumin
  • 1 salt

Directions:

  1. In a pan, heat onions, garlic and tomato till soft. Add egg white and stir. Season with cumin and salt&pepper. Walah!
