Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using a greased 13x9inch baking pan.
  2. Cool.
  3. In a bowl whisk together milk and pudding mix; let stand to thicken.
  4. Stir in pineapple.
  5. Spread over cake.
  6. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions; set aside.
  7. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  8. Beat in 1 cup whipped topping.
  9. Fold in remaining topping.
  10. Spread over pudding.
  11. Sprinkle with coconut.
  12. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
