Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 10 skillet melt butter until sizzling, add apples, syrup and nutmeg. cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until apples are srispy tender.
  2. Place ham in same skillet, placing apples on ham slices.
  3. Continue cooking until heated through.
  4. Meanwhile toast or bake waffles according to package directions.
  5. Divide ham and apple mixture between 4 toasted waffles.
  6. Top with remaining toasted waffles.
  7. Serve with maple syrup.
