Ham and Cheese Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Shred cheese finely. I used Colby Jack but you can use the kind you like.
  2. Finely chop deli ham.
  3. Mix cheese, ham, eggs, milk, lemon juice, oil, flour, baking powder, and salt together.
  4. Bake in a waffle iron.
