Ground Beef And Twice Baked Potato Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, bread crumbs, sage, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, worcesrshire, garlic and egg until well blended
  3. Press in bottom of ungreased 8-inch square (2 qt) glass baking dish
  4. Spread mashed potatoes over top
  5. Cover with cheese
  6. Bake uncovered about 50 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160
  7. Sprinkle with tomato, bacon and green onions
  8. Top servings with 1 T sour cream
