Grilled Shrimp and Scallop

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp
  • 1 lb scallops , large
  • 1/2 cup marsala
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions:

  1. Remove shells from shrimp and rinse. heat grill or grill pan on stove. add shrimp, cook until pink, remove from grill or pan. add scallops cook until done [about ten minutes]. return shrimp to pan and add garlic. add marsala and cover pan for two minutes
